He is still in the mindset that he is prime but he isn't even close anymore. What's sad is that he isn't a great starter but he can't even be great in the bullpen. His problem is giving up runs in the 1st or 2nd inning. Well, guess what? In the bullpen, you only get one or two innings. I say cut him. Wait, I'm a Cardinals fan. I say, keep him.
