A-Rod is not yet a true Yankee

54 HR. 156 RBI. .314 batting average. That’s the statline of Alex Rodriguez. He’s likely going to win another MVP. Pretty impressive statline huh? Well guess what? It’s not enough to earn him his stripes. Why? Because he hasn’t done this in October. Will the April-September A-Rod show up, or will the October A-Rod show up? Time will tell. Until the April-September A-Rod performs in October, he will never be a true Yankee. With the playoffs here, A-Rod needs to carry his regular season over to the post-season if he wants to earn his stripes as a Yankee.
